We are contracted with most major dental insurance providers. To ensure the smoothest experience and accurate benefit information, please email or fax your dental insurance information along with your new patient paperwork at least two business days before your appointment.

Our team will verify your coverage and prepare a detailed benefits breakdown for you. This allows us to give you accurate cost estimates before beginning treatment.

Important: Please bring your dental benefit card to your visit. Our team will be happy to explain your policy and help you maximize your insurance benefits.

If treatment is recommended, we'll provide a detailed treatment plan that outlines estimated insurance coverage and your out-of-pocket portion due at the time of service.

Note: Your insurance contract is between you and your provider. While our office will assist with claims and benefit coordination, final financial responsibility rests with the patient.
